Hey! I'm Damien, an operator who builds businesses that leave a lasting impression on customers and teams alike.

I've worked with some of the fastest-growing British and American businesses through their hyper-growth phases - launching cities for Uber, leading a 350 people strong retail estate at Cazoo, and building solid foundations for startups in their infancy (Hanubu, Blu).

These days, I work as a fractional operator. I've launched, scaled, and integrated multiple businesses, and would be delighted to understand how I can help your business thrive further.

When I'm not in operator mode, I'm spending quality time with my wife and twin boys, playing sports, digging through funky house records, or quietly racking up the miles on my walking pad. And yes, I've got side projects, too - a few of which are still, generously, 'in progress'.
